Why do I have to activate my account?
We need to make sure that you are the real owner of the email address you provided when you signed up. We will also send you important information about your NaijaLove.com.ng account to this email address.
How to activate my account?
When you are logged in, click or tap on “Profile.”
Then click/tap on “Account Activation.”
Next, click/tap the “Resend Activation Email” button, and we will send an email to your email address with instructions on how to activate your account.
I am not able to activate my account when I click the activation link in the email you sent
Inside the email we sent you there will also be an activation code. Insert the code here.
I am not receiving the activation email you sent
Please double-check that your email provider did not flag our email as spam. This usually means checking your Spam or Junk folder in your email program.
